Our delivery policies.
Alcohol orders
If your order includes alcohol, the recipient must be 18 or over and present to accept delivery.
Flats, apartments & secure properties
Please supply a contact number for the recipient so our driver can call ahead if access is required.
Business, hospital & university deliveries
Provide any relevant ward, room, suite or building information so we can deliver straight to the right place.
If no one is home
We’ll either leave the order in water in a secure location, leave a card asking the recipient to contact us, or return the flowers to our shop for collection.
Wrong address or redirect
A $20 fee applies if a delivery has to be redirected because the supplied address was incorrect.
